The Suburban 521230 Replacement Furnace Motor is a replacement for Suburban SF20, 25, 30, 35VHQ and SFV20, 25, 30, 35VHFQ Series furnaces models. The motor is attached to the blower wheel and the combustion air wheel. This is a 12V DC power motor with two shafts. Includes motor, foam gasket, and wire leads with connectors.

Replaces Suburban #s 233040, 233042, 233460, 233463, 521255, and 521231.
