Chaos Propellers are manufactured in the USA at the Michigan Wheel headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Cast of a Nickel, Aluminum, Bronze (NiBrAl) blend, this alloy provides unparalleled strength and corrosion resistance for marine applications. Michigan Wheel's material quality is known worldwide. After the castings are produced, each Chaos propeller is then finished using CNC machining. 100% of the blade and hub surfaces are machined, which ensures that every propeller is consistent and ready to go out of the box every time. Because the propellers are so accurately machined, they are not hand polished – the machining marks are left on the surface of the propeller.
