The short-cycle protection means your unit is capable of reaching your temperature set-point of between 60° and 86°F without failure to the compressor.

Auto mode switches between fan speeds depending on the desired temperature and current coach conditions. Even during a power outage, the auto random restart feature will retain the settings of the controls once power is restored. The air conditioner will restart to its last settings with the compressor being powered up.
