The Curt E16 5th Wheel Hitch is built for durability and longevity. It features a cast steel construction that can handle heavy loads and rugged terrain. It also has an easy-to-use handle and head that allow for quick and easy coupling and uncoupling.
The Curt E16 comes with a dual-pivoting head, with lateral movement, and an anti-rattle skid plate to provide a smoother, quieter ride. The E16 also comes with easy, single-handle operation and a durable carbide powder coat for long-lasting protection against the elements. With four height adjustment settings, the E16 is quick and simple to install, and it is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
(Slider Models Only) The slider base allows for added clearance when making tight turns with your trailer. Curt 5th wheel sliders are built with a solid design to eliminate chucking in the towing position and promote smooth rolling from forward to rearward positions, with no binding. With the slider installed, you can safely move the coupling point 12" toward the rear, allowing your short-bed truck to make turns without obstruction.
